NoBS Movies — Terms of Service

What NoBS Movies does

NoBS Movies tells you where movies are available to stream, rent, or buy on third-party services like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and others. We do not host or stream any video ourselves. When you tap a "Watch" button, you are taken to that third-party service, which has its own terms and conditions.

Subscriptions

NoBS Movies offers a subscription at $4.99/month or $29.99/year.

• The subscription is billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever you signed up through.
• It auto-renews until you cancel.
• Cancellation must be done in your Apple ID account settings or Google Play subscription settings — we cannot cancel for you because we never see your billing.
• If you cancel mid-period, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.

Free tier

NoBS Movies offers a free tier with a limited number of searches per month. We may change the limit at any time.

What you can and can't do

You may use NoBS Movies for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the streaming availability data we display (most of it is licensed from third parties and we are not allowed to redistribute it).
• Reverse-engineer the app or extract our API keys.
• Use the app to break the terms of any third-party service we link to.

Accuracy

We do our best to keep streaming availability accurate, but the data comes from a third-party source (RapidAPI's Streaming Availability API) and can be wrong or out of date. If a movie isn't where we say it is, we apologize, but we are not liable for it. Please report issues to us so we can investigate.

Disclaimer

NoBS Movies is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Daniel Shepherd resides. Any disputes will be resolved in those courts.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll update the date at the top and notify subscribers in-app.
